Motivated

I haven’t smoked a cigarette in 6 days. I’m really proud of myself for that. I want this to be the last time I quit.

I’ve been working out regularly as well. Last week 5 days and I’m shooting for 4-5 this week!

I also haven’t drank alcohol for 6 days but I broke that tonight because I had a really irritating day. I don’t really like drinking that much but I think at most once a week is okay. It’s such a social thing here that its hard to get away from. Oh well.

I can’t wait to see my progress in a couple months.

I’m beautiful and so are you.
