I feel really good about today.
Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter and granola.
Snack: egg and a biscuit
Lunch: half a grapefruit, apple, and a banana
Dinner: baked sweet potato fries, egg sandwich with corn and carrots.
15 minute run.
I’m that good sore.
Now to sleep like a baby.

I’m back again and again.

I always do this. But I’m back I need my fitspo tumblr community to inspire me. I’ve been back on the exercise train for about a month now. Feeling awesome 👍
I think my problem before was that my routine and the way I was going about it wasn’t sustainable. Now I’m working out 4-5 times a week. I either weight train for 30 mins or run for 20. I let my body tell me what it wants to do and I feed it well.
I’m not weighing myself. Numbers are too stressful and I already have enough of that in my life. I have already noticed changes in myself. I feel lighter, stronger, and happier. 💃
I need exercise to be something good in my life not something that it planned and scheduled like work. If its work I don’t want to do it. It makes me feel good and I have the freedom do to whatever I want with it and listen to my body it’s easy. Can’t plan something awesome.

Also Philly is awesome

When I run people on the street are so supportive its ridiculous. A guy driving by gave me a thumbs up and people that I pass smile and nod. It’s great. Philadelphia is a great city and anyone who says anything different doesn’t know shit.
